Villa Sol is set in its own grounds just 2kms outside the town of Calasparra in the Murcia region of Spain, and only a 5 minute journey to the beautiful village of Valentin.

The villa has three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. There is a large living room with UK television, a fully fitted kitchen and private use of the pool. All linen and bath towels are provided, together with a welcome pack.
The rental chalet has two bedrooms which sleep 4 people, with kitchenette, dining/lounge, shower room and entrance lobby.
All linen and towels are provided as with the villa.
The Chalet opens out onto your own exclusive 6x4 metre pool with patio area. There are two garden areas
ideal for lazing in the glorious Spanish sun - sun loungers are supplied ready and waiting!
The lower garden over looks the old Calasparra River now with Olive and Almond trees growing.
Within the Villa itself an en-suite double room is available on a bed and breakfast basis.
Breakfast and/or evening meals are also available for chalet and en-suite rental. Rental of the villa is on a self catering basis only.
